Glassdoor's Best Hospitals to Work For

Year after year, twenty hospitals make their way to being honored with the distinction of being a U.S News and World Report Honor Roll hospital. The designation is like a badge that says, “great care is offered here.”

While this is great for patients, and it speaks highly of the skilled professionals that work there, we wanted to see what it was really like for professionals to work there.

We want to know what their work satisfaction is like, how happy they are with benefits, and if they recommend that others work there.

Enter Glassdoor.com and their list of hospital job reviews.

Glassdoor is a great way to review what current or past employees are saying about a particular job — in this case, a hospital.

The company’s mission is not to open up a platform to tarnish a company’s reputation. In fact, it’s the opposite. It’s there to help employees and job seekers find jobs and companies they love.

Along with millions of company reviews, there are also CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews, benefits reviews, and more.

So what do those who know each of the top hospital’s best — the employees — have to say about some of the country’s best hospitals? From technicians, nurses and physicians all the way to employers, let’s find out how salaries, benefits, and overall job satisfaction stack up:
