As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will deliver age-specific, direct patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care. You will assume leadership responsibilities, including delegating work to other levels of employees, while ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare provision.

• Provide nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• Adhere to Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care
• Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of work
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal healthcare regulations
• Maintain active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
