Position Highlights Department: Surgical Alliance - Medical Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner Hours: 40 hours per week Summary The primary function of the APRN in Surgical Alliance is to provide comprehensive weight-loss management and perioperative surgical care to the assigned specialty patient population under the supervision of the program's Medical Director and Program Manager. He/she works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, providing consistency to both the program and outpatients. The APRN helps develop evidence-based protocols and standards for all bariatric activities.
