The Project Manager in Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care (POPC) is responsible for setting timelines, evolving effective communication, and implementing complex projects directed by POPC. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations for POPC. Primary projects/areas of focus are Psychosocial Distress Screening (Universal Screening) and Supportive Oncology (Collaborative Care):
In collaboration with the Universal Screening project team, led by Psychosocial Oncology and Social Work leadership, the Project Manager is responsible for the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Universal Screening project and operations at Dana-Farber. Universal Screening is an initiative to identify and respond to psychosocial distress and concrete and unmet needs in Dana-Farber’s adult ambulatory patient population.
