The Nursing Supervisor at Memorial thrives in our fast-paced, Magnet Designated environment. In this position, no two days are the same. As a leader, the supervisor oversees facets of all units. This person reviews the schedule throughout the day to ensure that nursing staff are dispersed properly throughout the units to best serve patients.
