OVERVIEW Rotational shift: evenings during the week and days during the every other weekend rotation.    The Nursing Supervisor at Memorial thrives in our fast-paced, Magnet Designated environment. In this position, no two days are the same.   As a leader, the supervisor oversees facets of all units. This person reviews the schedule throughout the day to ensure that nursing staff are dispersed properly throughout the units to best serve patients. Additionally, the supervisor offers a listening ear to help patients or families that have any concerns regarding their stay at Memorial.
