This person reviews the schedule throughout the day to ensure that nursing staff are dispersed properly throughout the units to best serve patients. Additionally, the supervisor offers a listening ear to help patients or families that have any concerns regarding their stay at Memorial. Other responsibilities include responding to rapid responses and codes, supporting patients throughout the hospital, and rounding on ancillary areas including the ER and PACU.
