Supports best practices and maintenance across multiple revenue cycle applications (i.e., patient access, eligibility, patient accounting, clearinghouse, etc.). Participates in operational/technical design, testing, auditing, implementing, documenting and communicating system functions, trends, issues, and resolutions.
