The Critical Care Clinical Education Coordinator will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing, and evaluating while partnering with all departmental staff organization wide as appropriate. Plans and develops orientation and training in a manner that engages the learner and produces the desired outcomes of improved performance of individual and groups. Utilizes multiple methods to assess learning needs of individuals and groups. Serves as the resource to the department and/or organizational management by participating in quality improvement processes, and suggests innovative ways to use workflow to resolve operational issues/barriers.
