Under the direct supervision of the regional clinical registered dietician and Nutrition Service Director, the clinical dietitian plans, directs and provides nutritional care to patients and conducts nutritional assessments. Provides individual and group medical nutrition therapy classes and participates in patient, employee and community education programs. This position communicates recommendations to members of the Medical Care Team. The incumbent also participates in assuring regulatory nutrition therapy objectives are followed.
