Summary Position Summary Independently performs detailed and complex analysis of gynecological and non-gynecological specimens to detect the presence of abnormal cells. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Knowledge of pathology functions, practices and procedures acquired through a Baccalaureate degree in Cytotechnology or Baccalaureate degree in an equivalent science with certification in an accredited cytotechnology program. License/Certifications: Certification as a Cytotechnologist by a recognized professional organization (i.e. ASCP) is required. Experience: N/A Ability to learn and work efficiently with a variety of laboratory computer systems. Accurate data entry skills.
