To provide spiritual support/resources/counseling for staff, internal customers and those in the community. Provide accurate information and support to area clergy and congregations. To be consistently visible throughout the hospital and to build key relationships with staff. To provide support and be available for CaroMont Regional Medical Center customers. Qualifications: Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, Spirituality from an accredited school (SACS or ATS) preferred. Completion of a minimum of one (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an accredited Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) Center required; completion of at least 2 CPE units preferred. If applicant has completed only 1 CPE unit, 2nd unit must be completed within one year of employment. Completion of two Continuing Education events annually.
