The primary purpose of the Bistro Cook position is to prepare and serve all food from the grill, pizza, salad, and fry areas of the Bistro. May also be required to prepare food items for future concepts and catering services as deemed necessary by the unit management. The duties of this position also include the performance of the food service worker function on a daily basis. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
