Must be well organized and able to work independently and have good team work performing in-house chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood banking and microbiology testing. We do train in blood banking and microbiology for the position. This position optimizes use of clinical systems at Coulee Medical Center and its affiliated clinics to maximize provider efficiencies and positive patient outcomes. Supports onboarding by providing an overview of clinical systems to new staff. Encourages the development of new clinical system superusers and provides training and support to superusers as new functionality is introduced. Reviews and tests upcoming changes of clinical system and communicates changes to staff. Acts as a liaison between patient care areas and the Information Technology Department. Prior patient care experience in a hospital is preferred.
