Job Description: University of Iowa Health Care is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Department of Internal Medicine Residency Program, including providing administrative support to the Program Director and Program Administrator. Assist with resident onboarding, recruitment, and event coordination. Utilize databases for maintaining, tracking, and pulling data. Initiate purchase requests and make travel arrangements. Duties to include: Assist in orientation planning, including onboarding processes and other logistical tasks for Internal Medicine and Medicine Psychology residents.
