POSITION ROLE Highly-visible role reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer. As a member of Wilson Health Executive team you will strategically lead all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, talent and leadership development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and most importantly employee relations and culture. The ideal leader continually innovates new ways to hire, engage, evaluate, and develop our people.
