Position involves extensive walking, standing, stooping, pushing and bending. Lifting over 50 pounds required. Demanding position necessitates the ability to perform in a stressful environment. Visual acuity necessary to visualize patients and films. Auditory acuity needed for patient and staff communication. Ability to assess and interact effectively with age groups 18 years to the geriatric patient.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, ARRT registered and state license. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required interacting with patients, physicians, visitors, and other staff members. Current CPR certification required.
Patient population served is birth to the geriatric population. Must be able to recognize the normal signs of growth and development of the patient population served, and be able to assess, treat, and care for the respiratory needs of the specific age group being cared for.

Must be a graduate of an accredited college and possess a current valid license as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas. Must be BLS and ACLS certified upon hire or within 6 months of hire. RN is responsible for keeping these current. A minimum three years experience in an acute care setting preferred. Knowledge of preoperative and post-operative assessment and management of pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. The employee must speak English. Must be capable of sitting and standing for long periods of time throughout the workday. Must have the ability to work variable hours, be assigned to on call hours and have means of being contacted.
