Electronics degree from a vocational school.   Preferred:  Associate degree Biomedical Engineering.   LICENSE/CERTIFICATION   EXPERIENCE   Minimum:  At least two years of job related experience or Bio-medical Engineering Degree.   Preferred:  At least one year experience in the Biomedical Engineering field.       SKILLS • High aptitude in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering • Knowledge in the area of computerized based test equipment • Ability to assess, collect, record and interpret data • Demonstrated customer service skills • Ability to problem solve utilizing critical thinking skills • High level of interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team setting and independently as needed

On the job training provided if qualified for Medical Laboratory Technician’s certification or Medical Technologist certification.

Graduation from high school or equivalent.   Preferred: Graduation from technical school or college in a health related field.   LICENSE/CERTIFICATION   Minimum: Indiana Pharmacy Technician License.  (This license can be obtained upon hire.)   Preferred: Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (This certification is required within two years of hire date.)   EXPERIENCE   Preferred: Twelve months of full time experience as a pharmacy technician.
