This senior management position plays an essential leadership role in registry operations at the Kentucky Cancer Registry (KCR). The Markey Cancer Center is seeking an experienced data management specialist to facilitate the collection, integration, and utilization of data supporting a broad range of cancer research efforts. The position is responsible for analyzing data procurement workflows and implementing optimal methods to ensure accurate and timely capture of data that will be integrated into Markey’s Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC). Duties include developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CRDC processes as well as the collection and management of annotations for biospecimens.
