The Executive Assistant to the CEO is an Administrative support position. The Executive Assistant to the CEO shall provide administrative and clerical support (of the highest confidential nature) to the CEO, Board of Trustees and Medical Staff (in conjunction with the Medical Staff Coordinator). In addition, this position possesses a mastery of office skills, demonstrates the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, makes decisions independently within the scope of assigned authority, coordinates efficient, effective and modern office operations/procedures and assists in ensuring timely communication with the Senior Leadership Team, Medical Staff, Department Directors and Board of Trustees.
