Provides clerical support for the Volunteer Services Department. Answers phone calls, greets visitors and assists volunteers. Supports and assists with special events and volunteer orientations. Maintains volunteer files and orders supplies.

Performs general secretarial work for department as assigned.
Maintains a professional and orderly office appearance.
Assists in the care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
Screens telephone calls and routes call appropriately.
Opens, sorts and distributes mail to appropriate personnel.
Maintains office supply inventory and places orders for supplies as required; verifies receipt of supplies.
Creates documents and spreadsheets as required using MS Word and Excel.
