As part of the UK HealthCare Engagement Team, the Employee Recognition Coordinator will play an integral role in the management and organization of the rewards and recognition program. This person will coordinate the ongoing Career Achievement program, be the main point of contact for the “STAR” online recognition platform, organize and manage Enterprise award/appreciation events, and monitor the budget for these programs and events. The Employee Recognition Coordinator will work closely with corporate communications for recognizing team members both internally and externally as well as collaborate with teams/units across UK HealthCare for recognition purposes. This position will also utilize analytics to measure and monitor usage of recognition programs to enhance the program and impact change.
