Job Description

UK HealthCare Philanthropy is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to oversee the raising of $1-3M in the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) program to benefit Kentucky Children’s Hospital. The Director will lead the CMN program by developing an annual donor engagement and solicitation strategy, being accountable to benchmarks in contacts, visits and dollars raised and serving as the principal liaison with the national Children’s Miracle Network program and corporate partners in our assigned territory. Qualifications include experience in corporate or major gift philanthropy, alumni relations or a related field. Ability to make and execute marketing or philanthropy plans, excellent interpersonal communication, public speaking and written communication skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience/skills with sales, marketing, media, donor relations, community relations, writing and editing.
