Job Description

10 Med Surg Positions Needed Sign-On Bonus $10K – $15K $10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience.  $15K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience). Distributed in 3 payments: 1st payment – 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck 2nd payment – 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s one-year anniversary in the role. 3rd payment – 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee’s two-year anniversary in the role. PAY Our RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000. There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV. These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience. Unit: TIRR PCU 6 Pediatric Rehab/ Adult Brain Injury/Stroke Unit Night (7pm – 7am) Shifts Available Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3-6 Beds: 23 Unit Description Patient focus on brain injury, stroke and pediatric rehabilitation (infants to adolescents). We have 15 adult beds and 8 pedi beds. Unit Stats/Work Culture: Ideal candidate to have at least 1-2 years of acute/rehab experience or med surg/pedi experience Located in the TMC Hub Unit: TIRR PCU 5-Spinal Cord Injury Unit Night (7pm – 7am) Shifts Available Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5 Beds: 25 Unit Description Med-Surg unit designated to spinal cord injuries with bowel and bladder management, vented patients, amputees, cancer patients, specialty rehab-ALS, Guillain-Barre and other types of diagnosis & disorders. Unit Stats/Work Culture: High morale and engagement  Located in the TMC Hub Team has won 2020 Daisy Award Unit: TIRR PCU 4- Neurological/Neuromuscular Med Surg Unit Night (7pm – 7am) Shifts Available Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5 Beds: 24 Unit Description Med-Surg unit designated focus on rehab needs for various med surg conditions and brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neuro muscular disease. Located in the TMC Hub Team has won 2020 Daisy Award Unit: TIRR PCU 2C-International Neurological/Neuromuscular Med Surg Unit Night (7pm – 7am) Shifts Available Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5 Beds: 15 Unit Description Med-Surg unit with patient focus on variety of neurological and neuromuscular disorders. Ideal candidate to have at least >1 yr Med/Surg experience; ICU, IMU or Neuro experience is a strong plus. Located in the TMC Hub Unit: TIRR PCU 3-C- Adult Brain Injury/Stroke Unit Night (7pm – 7am) Shifts Available Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5 Beds: 23 Unit Description Med-Surg unit designated focus on rehab needs for adult brain injury, spinal cord injury and other various med surg conditions and brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neuro muscular disease. Must have BSN or also will accept ADN if: *Minimum 2 years ADN experience in an acute care setting and *Can complete BSN within 3 years of employment Must have at least 1 year recent acute care experience Must have an updated resume – job history dates and units worked in must be accurate Must have proven track record of consistent work history.
