Summary

  • Position Summary
    • The Respiratory Therapist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of the department and is responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required by the hospital and within the scope of licensure in Maine.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: Graduate from an approved one, two, or four-year college.
    • License/Certifications: CRTT or RRT with appropriate State License. BLS. ACLS within two years of hire. PALS within two years of hire.
    • Experience: Due to institutional size and often-limited training opportunities, a candidate with two to three (2-3) years critical care experience is preferred.
