Cooks prepare and serve high quality meals to patients, residents, guests and all Medical Center personnel. Cooks must continually strive to maintain the highest possible standards of preparation, service and sanitation. They must also lead the nutrition team toward the achievement of the goals of the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. High quality care and overall efficiency are essential components to this success.
Education and Experience:
Previous food service experience required.

Responsible for preparing all food Medical Center wide and adhering to established menu plans and catering details.
Serves meals to all residents and patients in accordance with physician’s orders.

Demonstrates creativity in food preparation, problem solving, and reducing waste.
Demonstrate Standards of Excellence when other duties are assigned.
