Facilitates organizational quality measure reporting, develops collaborative plans for sustained improvement, and delivers summaries in a timely manner.

Ensure information provided to reporting entities meets all reporting requirements for accuracy and integrity.
Reviews medical records proactively and retrospectively for quality measure compliance.
Facilitates data reporting for quality outcomes, occurrence reporting, and medical staff review criteria.
Facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized reports to report quality improvement activities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Facilitate process management for quality improvement initiatives while supporting excellence in customer service skills.
Supports the policies and procedures of the organization and the standards of the Joint Commission as required for full accreditation.
Demonstrates organizational values in daily work.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare field. RHIT or RN preferred. At least one year of experience utilizing an electronic medical record. Performance Improvement Process and quality measure reporting experience preferred. Microsoft Office Product experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as regulatory requirements, measure specifications, safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before other team members and leadership groups.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
