Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field required. 3 years minimum in similar digital marketing role experience required. An executed non-compete is required for this position. Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal and multi-media. Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as google analytics. Basic knowledge of computer systems and Sharepoint preferred. Highly motivated team player with ability to work independently and in a team setting.   Job Functions: Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence in coordination with marketing strategies that builds meaningful connections and grows brand awareness. Assist in planning, development, implementation, and analysis of CRM strategies. Identifies trends and insights and makes recommendations to optimize presence and opportunities. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and social presence. Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement content, programs, and campaigns that support established goals. Maintains MyMemorial sharepoint site, including adding users, controlling access, setting permissions, troubleshooting, providing end user support, analytics, and making recommendations to content and design. Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary. Compensation Details:  Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
