The Director of Corporate Integrity is responsible for on-going development, implementation and maintenance of the corporate Integrity (privacy and compliance) Program, Pharmacy Research and the Genesis Institutional Review Board (IRB). The Director has direct access to the Board of Trustees and the CEO and acts with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications include:
· Master’s Degree in health care, business or law, or equivalent education and experience
· Experience and knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations; applicable State licensure rules, CMS Conditions of Participation, and Acute Care and Ambulatory Surgery Center Accreditation Agency standards.
· Experience and knowledge of survey activity, hospital operations and reimbursement systems.
· Knowledge of the mandatory breach reporting requirements to the Office of Civil Rights.
