Venice Family Clinic is a nonprofit community health center celebrating 50 years of delivering quality primary care to people in need. We provide vital and comprehensive health care services to nearly 28,000 people each year, regardless of their income, insurance or immigration status. As part of the health care team in a federally qualified health center and community primary healthcare clinic, supervise certified medical assistants, volunteer clinic assistants, Licensed Vocational Nurses and Registered Nurses. Provide primary care nursing services to the low-income and homeless of the Venice and Santa Monica communities.
- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing - Required.
- Current, active California Registered Nurse License - Required.
- BSN -Required (Master’s degree preferred)
- BLS Certification - Required
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision and training of RN’s and Nursing support staff - Required.
- Demonstrated work experience with children and adults – Required
- Working knowledge of child abuse reporting laws – Required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) oral communication skills – Preferred
CN III Supervisor – 4 years or
greater supervisor experience
CN II Supervisor – Less than 4
years of supervisor experience
