Texas Health Hospital Rockwall recognizes these contributions and is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Specialist who takes pride in performing high quality maintenance work with a focus on professionalism and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily assignment of work orders
- Interacting with hospital personnel as to status of work orders and requests
- Performs routine and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Performs emergency repairs as needed.
- Responsible for the operation of facility equipment in accordance with the manufacturers O & M manuals and department policies and procedures.
- Works with Director to ensure tasks are completed as appropriate and in compliance with applicable requirements and regulations.

Schedule: 11:30am-8:00pm Monday-Friday, some weekends (rotation) and call required
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Ability to read and write clear, concise and complete reports and paperwork
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and regulations maintaining building equipment
- Maintenance experience required; 5 years preferred

The hospital continues to grow and visiting campus today you will find a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, a bariatric clinic, an ambulatory surgery center and a variety of physician practices all dedicated to our evolving community health needs. You will see that our long awaited expansion is well underway! This expansion, focused on a healthy future in this high growth area of North Texas, will double the size of our hospital adding more patient beds, a Level 2 NICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and expanding other departments including Labor & Delivery, OR and the emergency room.
