Maine Behavioral Healthcare, a member of MaineHealth, seeks a full time BC/BE Psychiatrist to join our team in Farmington, Maine. The Psychiatrist will join the team at Franklin Memorial Hospital, working with a team comprised of a Lead Psychiatrist, two Nurse Practitioners, and a team of clinical professionals with patient appointments averaging 12-14 per day. There will be a significant orientation toward integration with the primary care services of MaineHealth. Additionally, the Psychiatrist would have an opportunity to work with our current staff on building a model of consultation in the attached emergency department as well as the inpatient setting in our 40-bed acute care hospital. The physician would also have the opportunity to work with our lead psychiatrist towards a proficiency in performance of electroconvulsive therapy that we do here onsite as an option as well.
