Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) (4 JCW)
The CVICU is a 24-bed medical and surgical cardiac unit caring for adults with conditions ranging from myocardial infarctions needing coronary interventions to patients who have undergone cardiac surgery such as CABG or VAD placement. Many patients in CVICU have multi-system failure needing advanced hemodynamic care. Our certifications include:
Location: Regular salaried position located in Iowa City, Iowa
Percent of Time: 90% - 36 Hours Per Week
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, variable days of the week, Day/Night rotating, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Pay Differentials: Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Premium pay for additional shifts greater than 4 hours. Inpatient differential of $2,250.00/yr.
