The OHS/Urgent Care Off-Site Screening staff member greets the public face to face, over the telephone and through written communication as needed. The Off-Site Screening staff member will take temperature, record and collect screening surveys to help local businesses maintain compliance checks for their staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. This position is eligible for job sharing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet our customers face to face using a friendly, professional approach. Screen the employees for our local businesses as they arrive to work. Screening will include,
3.Maintain all logs and alphabetize and/or organization as requested and trained.
Proper PPE must be worn at all times
Cleaning of equipment must be compliant and maintained at all times
Will be competent and current, adhering to established standards of practice and will engage in activities or behaviors that characterize professionals.
Shall show respect for life, dignity, human worth and the individuality of each human being.
Performs additional duties as assigned within the scope of the department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Required: High School diploma. Computer literate. Self-Motivated. Willingness to work as a team member.
Preferred: Microsoft Office classes or proficient in Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Must possess the ability to communicate with internal and external customers using an appropriate communication style/technique, such as verbal and written. Understand and use telephone courtesy at all times. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
