The Mid Coast Senior Health Center Program Manager of Quality and Compliance is responsible for providing oversight of compliance for Mid Coast Senior Health in the areas of Quality, Education, Infection Prevention and Regulatory Compliance.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Advanced degree in clinical field - nursing preferred.
License/Certifications: Current clinical license
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in post-acute care.
Leadership experience - with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing data – collecting, analyzing, interpreting and synthesizing, with the ability to communicate the significance of the data to others.
Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations for post-acute care.
Knowledge and experience working with a Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program.
Formal project management experience.
Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills - with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other databases.
