The Registered Nurse for Procedural Care is responsible for providing care to patients undergoing outpatient procedures at Island Hospital to include but not limited to interventional pain and endoscopy services. This position is an integral part of the patient’s care team through the pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases of care working closely with the Anesthesiologists, Surgeons and other health care professionals to support an optimal care experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting required, with previous experience in ambulatory surgery and/or IV sedation strongly preferred.
Must maintain active Registered Nurse license issued by the WA Department of Health.
Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications.
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) encouraged.
