Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for managing and coordinating organization wide efforts to ensure the recruitment program is developed and managed using a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements. Conducts full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent and maintaining effective programs for retention.  Duties/Responsibilities: •    Develops and implements an effective recruiting program in order to recruit top talent; employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as develop new, creative recruiting plans.  •    Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport •    Collaborates with hiring manager in developing recruitment strategies and their management needs assessments Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred. Experience:  Two-three years recruitment experience required. Two – three years health care recruitment experience preferred.  Licensure/Certification:  None  Physical/Work Requirements:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
