Manages the day-to-day operational activities of the Division and the work of its employees.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.
Education: Master’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: A minimum of three years of management/leadership is required.

Assigns work and follows up on work on of the employees.
Prepares and delivers performance appraisals.
Monitors educational requirements of staff.
Oversees orientation and onboarding of new employees.

Coaching and development of staff.
Prepare the budget and monitor compliance with expenditures.
Maintains schedule and assures staffing levels are appropriate.
Develops, facilitates, implements and evaluates departmental/organizational projects.
