This Marketing Coordinator assists with a broad range of marketing and communication activities relating to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization that promote, enhance and protect brand reputation and enable the organization to become the health system of choice for the community. The Coordinator will assist with advertising, branding/signage, communications and PR tactics to increase/maintain the value/perception of the brand and grow healthcare services. The Coordinator should have an understanding of the local health care market, as well as the ability to work with a variety of key stakeholders to assist with campaigns and activities. The Coordinator should be a strong communicator with a versatile skillset related to various forms of media, digital and desktop platforms. The Coordinator should be conscientious, well-spoken and reliable to create and maintain materials that represent the system positively and consistently. The Coordinator will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing but should also be a self-starter and regularly adhere to deadlines and expectations without constant supervision.
Education and Credentials Required:
Bachelor���s degree in a related field.
Work Experience Required:
Three years of experience in marketing and communications, including digital and social media platforms. Proven track record of working on multiple tasks simultaneously and with a variety of stakeholders. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
