Job Description

Job Description: Performs customer service functions in the medical office setting. Ensures highest level of customer service is provided to the patients and their families. Performs business office responsibilities, answers phones, schedules appointments, pulls records.


Must be a high school graduate with courses that include computer entry and office procedures. Prefer Medical Office Assistant certification. Previous medical office or hospital registration experience helpful.
