SYSTEM EXECUTIVE ANALYTICS AND DECISION SUPPORT: Reporting in a matrix relationship to the President Health Services/COO and the CFO, this position is responsible for creating and perpetuating a culture focused on the synthesis of data and reporting of implications, helping to create standardized tools and reports, creating mechanisms to ensure the appropriate distribution of analytic requests and communicating key data findings to senior leadership. Key strategic responsibilities will include establishing, refining, and upholding data governance rules as a foundation for data integrity in analytic work, as well as focusing the analytics function on the distillation of large amounts of data into concise, useful, actionable decisioning tools. Embodies and sets the vision for data analytics teams to best support the translation of data into actionable findings and recommendations. Improves and accelerates the delivery of information needed to support leadership’s decision-making processes and the system strategic agenda. Creates a streamlined mechanism (likely virtual) for data analysis requests to be submitted and fulfilled by data analysis teams in a timely manner. Creates templates, sample reports and dashboards to build a common set of tools across analytics teams. Supports and facilitates an organizational knowledge base for proper analysis and reporting of data. Allocates, deploys, and manages targeted analytic resources to support the growth of the office of population health and TriHealth’s population health strategies. Conducts ongoing assessment of analytic resources to ensure appropriate staffing and deployment.
