What You Will Do:

  • Perform and monitors anatomic pathology processes according to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Recognize problems and initiates resolutions.
  • Assume responsibility for accuracy, documentation and required instrument maintenance.
  • May provide training of laboratory personnel as directed.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: AA required or equivalent experience. BS preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Histotechnician. ASCP.
  • Experience: 6 months or more of previous Anatomic Pathology experience.
