HSCC-Patient Food Service
Per Diem, Varied Shifts, 11:30 am to 8 pm
Under the direction of the Dietary Manager perform assigned work in preparing and serving food, cleaning food service area, equipment and utensils. Assists dietary manager to lead the dietary department to achieve results in providing excellent resident care and good employee relations. Assists dietary manager in strategic planning and problem solving. Monitors activities within dietary department to insure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
