  • Position Summary
    • Preparation of foods for patients, guests, and employees. Increasing culinary offerings in the cafeteria. Assists Head Cook in meal and catering preparations
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Culinary Degree preferred.
    2. License/Certifications: Obtains and maintains ServSafe Certification.
    3. Experience: Previous food service experience with knowledge of food ordering, food preparation and sanitation.
    4. Good cooking skills.
    5. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
    6. Must have good math and record keeping skills.
    7. Able to work cooperatively and communicate well with others.
    8. Able to assume responsibility and work with minimum supervision.
