Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Part- time, 20 hours/week

This work is performed in an ambulatory outpatient pain management practice providing assessments, short term counseling, ongoing counseling, referral & follow-up service, and group therapy.

Education: Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited university required.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the mental health profession. Experience in a Medical Setting working with Chronic Pain Management is desired. Group Therapy experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP). LSCW preferred.
Other: Part of an interdisciplinary team in Pain Management. Provides assessment, short term counseling, ongoing counseling, referral and follow-up service to individuals and groups.
