SUPERVISOR ONSITE MEDICAL SERVICES: This position is held by a qualified registered nurse responsible for providing supervisory oversight for Onsite Medical Services (formerly SHARE). Onsite Medical Services provides employer based clinics which may include any combination of occupational health, episodic/ urgent care, student health, and primary care services. For primary care, the Supervisor will work collaboratively with TriHealth Physician Partners to ensure alignment of best practices, quality metrics, and outcomes reporting to ensure continuity with the TriHealth system. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating Onsite Medical Services' day to day operations and staffing. This includes, but is not limited to: establishing expectations for team members; assessing team member performance; supporting professional development of staff; establishing / measuring / reporting quality and high reliability metrics; ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and best-in-class approaches in the overarching domain of occupational health; conducting audits for adherence to Corporate Health and Regulatory standards such as OSHA and Respirator Fit Testing; evaluating Return on Investment; guiding performance improvement and service excellence initiatives. This position will also provide clinical coverage at Onsite client companies, as needed on average up to 16 hours per week, to ensure standardization and high reliability across locations, to maintain clinical strength, and to support filling coverage needs when regular Onsite Medical team members are ill or on vacation. The incumbent interacts with site contacts to assure positive customer relations, client retention and development/ enhancement of programs that incorporate health and productivity strategies.


EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Nursing Registered Nurse

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Management Healthcare

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of clinic operations, Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, Workers Compensation, Disability case management; Use of Microsoft Office; OSHA, FMLA, ADA, LTD/STD.
