COMMUNITY VAN DRIVER: The Van Driver is responsible for the safe transport of eligible patients and their caregiver/immediate family members to and from the patient’s residence, and/or caregiver/immediate family members residence and to and from a TriHealth entity for Medical necessary items or services. Assures proper cleaning between COVID transports and non COVID transports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School Degree or GED Drivers License
EXPERIENCE: Up to 1 year
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Good Driving record, able to communicate, both oral and written. Able to use a computer (for map quest).
