The primary purpose of the nursing home Resident Aide position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents assessment and care plan, and as directed by your immediate supervisor.
This position is temporary and last no longer than 6 months. It is required that the employee will take appropriate steps and training to qualify as a CNA. If not certified within 6 months, your assignment ends; unless authorized by Director of Nursing and CEO.
Current Montana license as a Certified Nursing Assistant Healthcare Provider must be acquired within 6 months of hire. CPR certification
