Position Summary

The Hospice Liaison is responsible for maintaining positive relations with hospice referral sources as the agency of choice. The Hospice Liaison will develop and maintain solid knowledge of the organization's market and will expand awareness of hospice through education and promotion. They will serve as an educational resource on hospice services. In addition, the Hospice Liaison will analyze market opportunities and establish strategies to achieve referral growth.  

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    1. High school graduate required; college degree preferred.  2-3 years of experience in community relations, marketing, or sales is desirable.    Home health experience and knowledge preferred.  Experience as a team leader or similar position preferred.
    2. Current, valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
