The PACE Life Program Manager Enrollment & Community Relations coordinates the PACE Organization Marketing efforts. This includes presentations to potential referral resources such as community groups, develops new referral sources and maintaining referral tracking system and marketing files.
This position works with Marketing Team to develop annual marketing plans and written marketing materials.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid NJ Driver's License, Registration and Insurance are required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing role for a health care provider or in an information and referral resource role with the senior networks of identified service area required. Medicare and Medicaid plans experience at a community level, with a social work and/or sales background preferred. Experience in a health or human services field preferred. Marketing or sales experience preferred.
Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.
Employee must be able to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team model, interfacing and collaborating with a wide range of clinical and social service disciplines who work together to manage the PACE participants' care. The work setting is in an Adult6 Day Health Center and primary care clinic environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperatures. Requires manual and finer dexterity and eye-hand coordination; the ability to use department equipment; and the ability lift/carry up to 30 pounds using appropriate body mechanics with reasonable participants, customers and vendors and staff.
This position reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.
